Dainese D-Skin Leather

Did you know that Dainese has its own cows? They are raised in Brazil, fed on a highly nutritious, special diet, kept away from barbed wire and slaughtered at a specific age. The hides are then prepared in a very special way, in order to create the unique Dainese D-Skin leather

The Dainese D-Tec Division developed this innovativeleather that combinessuperb quality with exceptional softness, unique inits kind, thanks to special tanningand finishing treatments. D-Skin leather provides far greater traction and tear resistance for motorcycle clothing than natural cowhide, whilst at the same time being thinner, softer and more comfortable. This material can be found in many Dainese suits and jackets, like the Laguna Seca S-Pred Pro race suit and the Super Speed C2 Pelle jacket.
